Good to Know
- Are these prices fixed?
- They are guide prices. Every engagement is confirmed in a written quote before any work begins, and "from" prices depend on scope.
- Which currency applies to me?
- Rand prices are for clients based in South Africa and are set for the local market rather than converted from dollars. All other clients are quoted in US dollars.
- What is not included?
- Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Travel and accommodation for on-site work are billed at cost. Legal, patent and regulatory opinions are not provided — where they are needed, findings are handed to your specialist counsel.
- Can you guarantee that a grant will be funded?
- No one honestly can — funding decisions rest with reviewers and funders. What I can promise is a clear, rigorous and well-argued proposal.
- Will you keep my work confidential?
- Yes. I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before we discuss unpublished data, intellectual property or products.
- Do you offer reduced rates?
- Yes, for students, NGOs and under-resourced African institutions. Mention it in your enquiry.
